Usage reads 24.0 hours??

All of a sudden my ResMed S9 Elite Autoset started giving me a usage reading of 24.0 hours each night. Anyone know why this may be and what I need to do to fix it. Thanks for any help on this.

Where are you getting the 24 hours usage number? Off the LCD screen or software and if software which one and version number?

If it is off the machine's LCD screen try the reboot trick. Unplug the S9 from the electric source and wait a few minutes and plug it back in which forces the S9 internal firmware to reboot. Similar to clearing out the cobwebs in a computer with a reboot. You may have to wait until after tonight to see if it fixes things.
Sometimes these S9 machines have been known to get stuck reporting the same thing and the reboot usually fixes it.

If it is the software then we may need to look further.
