After the 8.1 hours and several 7s and 7.5s I was feeling pretty good. Then yesterday at work I started feeling exhausted again. I got home about 5pm and by 8pm I was dozing off and on. Layed down with my 2 little girls to say prayers and read them a little book and next thing I know my 5 year old wakes me up and tells me I am snoring and should go put that thing on my face. Lol. After getting stuff ready for the next day and talking to my wife I was in bed at 10pm and was out. I had another good night with the mask and slept with it for another 8.1hrs. Is it normal to start feeling good and then after a few days to crash like that? Or is it still just a process of catching up on missed sleep?
