What can I use to help re-hydrate my nose during the day?

Are you using a humidifier? If so... increase the setting. This will allow more humidity and less drying.

You might want to use saline spray also. I have nosebleed issues myself (since before cpap). I have had good results from upping the humidity on my machine. Also I found Neilmed saline gel at Walgreens. It has aloe in it and seems to soothe the inside of my nose better than the spray. See what works for you.
