Snore graph missing on sleepyhead

Have been using sleepyhead for three months or so (on cpap for over a decade). Just switched to resmed S9 auto since late feb this year.

Noticed the snore graph is missing from sleepyhead, any ideas why?

Otherwise, I am happy with sleepyhead, the S9, AHI averages 0.5-4 so nothing seems amiss except the above.

When mine dropped the flow chart, I pulled the plug for a few seconds, forcing a cold reset.
I then reinserted the card and the machine wrote ALL the data to the card.
It also worked when six days of all data failed to load on my first try.
As long as this works, I can keep doing it, but at nearly 10,000 hours,
I wonder if the machine is all right.

Am I correct to say I should unplug the machine whilst it is on to do the reset?

You can try unplugging the machine and forcing the reset but I don't know if it will fix the missing snore graph.
Won't hurt to try though.

Do you have ResScan available to see if the snore graph shows up on it?
Are all your SH snore graphs gone now or just these recent graphs? Or have they always been missing? Or is it like mine now...shows the graph but nothing there?
Which version of Sleepyhead are you using?

There was a version a while back that didn't have it showing correctly... do you have the latest test build?
