troubleshooting with CPAP in France
I live in Austin TX but am now working in Angers France and my CPAP stopped working this morning. I Googled the user guide for my Humidaire 3i EPR and it wasn't much help. I'm getting various messages and they don't make sense. I start my machine and there's no air pressure at all in the mask. When I open the lid there's lots of air pressure and sometimes the message is "Check Tube and key if Done," but the tube is new and firmly connected. Sometimes there is a gurgling noise with a full reservoir of water and sometimes not. Nearly all the time the message Autoset 6.0 comes on and the manual says that's normal, but again there's no air pressure in the mask and I never have that problem. Finally I got "System Error 101 call service" but what does that mean and who do I call from France? Help! Thanks. Jack

Can you not contact the company or DME via e-mail? If you Google them, I'm sure you'll find an address.
Re: troubleshooting with CPAP in France
It almost sounds like the humidifier is not closing properly. If you're using the h3i you must have an S8. Have you tried removing the humidifier from the blower and running the machine without it to see if you'll get air at the mask end?

Re: troubleshooting with CPAP in France
If this machine has Autostart, then just switching that feature off and running on manual might work.
The internal sensor might not be working; after all, it's not a new machine.
