Swap/Trade AirFit P10 Nasal Cushions?

Back in April I got an AirFit P10 Nasal mask that I love. I can only use the extra small cushions that came with it, so I'm wondering if any one out there wants to swap/trade their unusable extra small nasal cushion for a small or medium with me.

Small I used for about 3 hours before I knew it was not right for me, so used, but, ever so gently and very minimal.
Medium has never been used since the small was too big for me.

No cost involved other than agreeing to ship by post both ways.

If no takers within a week...contact me with a PM. I think (not sure and need to check) that I have an XSmall you could have and I prefer the Small. If I have one we can swap. I am not in desperate need of another Small (already done a couple of swaps) though so I will leave the door open for someone else who may be in a situation where they need one worse than I do...so that's why I say "give it a week". I won't have my feelings hurt one bit if you swap with someone else but just wanted to let you know that if you don't get any takers for the Small...I will swap if I have one.

No problem. Saves me from going through my sizable stash of supplies that I have accumulated to see if I still even have the XSmall.

I didn't think it would last anyway. I figured someone would want it as it is a popular size and I suspect your medium will go quickly as well. The only drawback is that the people who didn't get the "For Her" package that might use a medium didn't get the XSmall...they got the large in that other "regular" package. Mediums are always hugely popular in all the nasal mask pillows.

Edit....Just realized from Pugsy's note the regular kit does not come with the XS pillows, so may not be able to trade you.

Does anyone know how the P10 sizes compare to the Swift FX sizes. I'm a M in the Swift. Does it tend to work out roughly the same?

I think they are probably roughly the same from looking at them (I have both available to look at) but while I could easily use the XSmall and Small both pretty much equally successful with the Swift FX , I found I wasn't so successful with the P10 XSmall. Close but not as good as I would like and had some issues that caused multiple wake up with the pillow being the culprit and totally resolved by simply using the Small instead of the XSmall.

For people wondering about the sizes of the nasal pillows and packaging.

The "For Her" complete mask packages of the P10 and the Swift FX comes with XSmall, Small and Medium nasal pillows...or at least that's the way they are packaged by ResMed but DMEs have been known to remove nasal pillows and come up with some lame excuse why you only get 1 size...that's BS...don't fall for it.

The regular packages of both the FX and P10 masks (they don't really say regular but they just don't say for her) come with Small, Medium and Large nasal pillows.

There are other minor differences like color of straps and with the FX the back strap is a tiny bit shorter on the for Her mask.
There does not seem to be any difference in the headgear strap sizes of the P10 that we can figure out. We've compared measurements from both the packages and it appears to be that the actual straps are the same length. If there is a difference it is tiny. It's kinda hard to know exactly as I measured the for Her headgear and someone else had to measure the regular blue headgear and we might have not measured in the exact same spot and I measured mine after a couple of weeks of use so mine might have been stretched out a little as it will give a little with time.

I'm a med/large in the swift FX (at different times one worked better than the other) but I'm strictly large in the P10. There was another person who had a similar experience (small/med became med only, IIRC).

That said, I have a never used Small & slightly used Medium that are available. I'll take a large in trade, if you have one sitting around, but my insurance pays for 2 per month so I'm OK just giving them away, too.
