Mirage FX Mask-Forehead Piece

Are you supposed to tighten the v-shaped forehead piece until it is flat against your forehead or just slightly, but where it stays in a v-shape and has 2 points of contact sort of digging into your forehead? It is strange and different from any other mask.

No, the headpiece does not have to lay flat against the forehead. I wore mine pretty loose, only tighten a little at a time if you have leaks.
