Hi everyone,
I had my nocturnal O2 study last night and got the results today. Spent 47.2% of the night below 90. Longest single stretch below 90 was 26 minutes. So I will be continuing to use 2.5L of oxygen at night.
As for the Bipap therapy itself I am still throwing a lot of centrals with the AHI staying consistently just below 5. My current settings are 14/9 biflex 1. Not sure where to go from here. Also have a lot of flow limitations that are fairly evenly spaced. Do I lower the pressure?
Thank you in advance for all your help.

Can you remind us what your average leak rates look like?

I have very minimal leaks. According to sleepyhead my average is less than 1. My mask is a wisp.

How/why did they come up with 14/9 when we already knew that at 8 or 9 your centrals got worse?
Maybe thinking to help ventilate??? To help with O2 maybe? Beats me.
How's the OA and hyponea part of the AHI? If minimal to none then I would try lower pressures if it were me just to see if the centrals reduced any without swapping them out for OAs.
