I brought a 10 foot extension cord and European adapter kit from Radio Shack.
You will need different adapters for England and most of the rest of Europe.
Check your power supply to see if the voltage range is 110 - 220 volts.

I used regular bottled water and emptied the tank every day.

I did not try to use my machine on the plane.

What is your airline issue? Are you planning to bother with the machine across the pond? I wouldn't bother. Are you in Biz Elite?

As for Europe, just did that for the first time. The power brick works on any voltage... just need the right outlet adapter. Most of Europe uses the same plug adapter. Do bring along a 10 foot extension cord because some hotel rooms have scarce wall plugs! I had to unplug a floor lamp in a very luxurious hotel just to plug in my machine.

Put the machine in your hand luggage. Better to have to buy spare undies instead of a new machine!

I took mine to Scotland last year and had no problems at the airports. You do want to carry it on. We bought an adaptor at Kohls to use while we were there. I didn't use it on the plane. You basically sleep sitting up anyhow if you sleep at all.

Did not need to use my humidifier at all - it's pretty humid in Scotland.

Good luck, have a great trip!

I had a lovely time (as our British cousins say) in England and Scotland last Sept. I did not use the apparatus on the aircraft (never do) and I did not bring any humidifying gear (never do when I travel). I brought A/C adaptors (some spares in case we lost some) and spare filters and mask headgear connectors.
As others above suggest, you will likely need an extension cord at some point. (All very light and compact).

For xpapian traveling, I always recommend cleaning up the nightstand w a damp cloth before you put your machine etc on it; and, always to pack the machine, mask, and hose away each and every morning (leaving only the power transformer out. Think like Howard Hughes in this respect.

Enjoy your trip!

Before you go, sit down and make a checklist of everything you want to take with you that is CPAP-related. Write the checklist on an index card and stick the card in your CPAP travel bag. Refer to the list EVERY TIME YOU MOVE THE MACHINE.

We did 3 weeks in Tahiti/Marquesas. They are on French Standards for power. We just needed a plug adapter for all the electrical items, phone, tablet, camera, hair drier, curling iron. No more bulky heavy transformers.

I toss a different spare mask and hose in my regular suit case. If there is a problem with my nose or the hose is damaged it is easy to go on with treatment. Take a copy of your prescription. It might make things easier to fix if there is a major problem.

I travel to Germany all the time - Delta business class, I plug the machine in and never had them question me.

someone earlier in another post mentioned to pack a roll of electrical tape - just in case you get a hole in the tube you can wrap some tape around it to keep working. That was a new one for me so I added it to my pack list. I also pack a power strip. This way I need one power adapter for the strip and then I plug everything into the power strip.
