Hi All,

Just recently I had to install a new harddrive in my computer and had to re-install Encore Pro.....

Can anyone tell me why Encore pro does not allow me to select USB port for my mako card reader....??

I went into my device manager and I can see my card reader.....and the drivers look ok.

Any sugestions?

Did you install the card reader driver that came with encore pro before you hooked up the reader?

If not, try removing the device in device manager, installing the drivers, and then re-attach the reader.
