ClimateLine Error

My ClimateLine hose is throwing an error. Won't work. Tried a new one; same error. Is this a humidifier problem. It seems to work fine with a regular hose.

Sounds like maybe a bad electrical connection on the back of the humidifier where the hose connects electrically since it happens with a new Climateline hose. That part is for heating the air in the hose and/or controlling the humidity sensor in the hose.
Time to call the person who supplied your humidifier tomorrow. If less than 2 years old it will still be under warranty.

At least it appears to warm up and provide humidity with the regular hose....that is a different electrical connection.

My ClimateLine/humidifier does that to me for two reasons:
1. the hose isn't connected correctly in the back
2. the humidifier top is closed but not locked (which is an extra push)
