SleepHead Fix?

I can't use Encore Viewer. I'm using Windows 7 64 bit.

The newer Viewer is compatible with 64 bit computers and Win 7 and works fine with your machine.
Encore Basic is compatible with Win 7 and 64 bit computers and works fine with your PR S1 machine.
Encore Pro is compatible with Win 7 and 64 bit computers and works fine with your machine.

I thought I sent you information on where to get Basic or Pro...
Viewer I don't have a source for and it costs $99...the others are free.
The Viewer version that didn't work with 64 bit computers is no longer sold at cpap.com.

Hey Kona,

Could you upload a copy of your SD card to online file storage like Dropbox or Google Drive and send me a link by PM? I'm a programmer, and would like to look into what's going wrong for you.
