Why wont Sleepy Head show me my graphs?
IT never has, i run a windows 7 computer and sleepyhead never showed me any graphs, i uninstalled and reinstalled. what can i do to make it work? anyone got these problems?
Re: Why wont Sleepy Head show me my graphs?
We need to know exactly which machine you have.
If it is a IRS 960 ASV, Sleepy head is in the process of being updated and will not work.

Clarify which System One machine you are using please.
SH will not show data from the following machines because they are bricks and there is no data to display:
- Model #150 (so dumb it has no name)
- Model #220 (the PR System One Series 60 SE)
- Model #250 (the PR System One Series 50 Plus)
- Mode #260 (the PR System One Series 60 Plus)

Re: Why wont Sleepy Head show me my graphs?
Not sure what is causing the problem, but I have Windows 7, SleepyHead, and a System One BiPAP Auto 750, so I know that combination CAN work.Ruinednose wrote:system one bipap auto 750
Can you post a screenshot of what you DO get?

Re: Why wont Sleepy Head show me my graphs?
A couple questions that may seem obvious but best to eliminate the simple before exploring the complex.
Did you use the import feature to bring your data in from the card? (for me there are navigation options on the right and "Import" is one of them)
Did you select the base folder or drive that the data is one, not the files within the folder? (sleepyhead should just be pointed at drive or folder)
Have you looked at the contents of the card to make sure data has been recorded? (I don't have your system but on the S9 I have I had to enable data collection on the machine first and SleepyHead doesn't throw errors if no data is found, it fails silently)
Have you tried copying the data off of the card and onto your local drive then attempted to import from the folder on the local drive? (just use Windows Explorer to copy past the contents into a folder somewhere convenient on your c:\ drive)

Re: Why wont Sleepy Head show me my graphs?
If I leave my card in my computer and insert it in the machine long enough to download I only get a data summary AHI, Leak, Snore........
If I leave my card in the machine and insert it in the computer only to to down load date I get all the above Plus all of the graphs.
So my card now resides in the machine.

Re: Why wont Sleepy Head show me my graphs?
Are you using a Mac? If so you will need a patch; someone will be along to tell you how to get that. Otherwise, you don't need an update. I just got Windows 8.1, and Sleepyhead downloads my data just fine, but every now and then after I put the card into the computer and then open sleepyhead, I forget to do the Import (right side of screen, toward the bottom) and I can't figure out what happened to the data. Are you seeing a big box rolling around? That's what I see when I forget to import.
This is what you need to do: Start by inserting the card into the computer before you open sleepyhead, and find where sleepyhead is on your computer. Once you find it, identify the drive it is on. Once you've done that, open sleepyhead and do the Import. A box will open asking you to identify where sleepyhead is... type in :/C, or some other letter... then the import should happen automatically. After you do this once, every time you put the card into the computer you can go straight to sleepyhead, open it and when you do the import, the box that comes up will have the same question, but there will be a button that says "the usual" and you can click on that... Voila! Your new info will go in. I hope this helps.

An update so you can see the graphs? Not needed as most people can already see their graphs.Ruinednose wrote:i just dont get it. when will there be an update
Not sure why you can't see yours.
Can you post a screen shot of what you can see?
I have seen a handful of people who get the statistics page but when they go to click on the daily detailed graph page it won't switch and they get a weird combination of the AHI stuff on the left and part of the welcome page on the right instead of graphs. Uninstall and reinstall didn't fix it for them either. If that is your problem...I don't know the fix.
Depending on which machine you are using you might be able to use one of the older SleepyHead versions and get the graphs.
So it would help if we had more information..
like which machine exactly...which SleepyHead software version you are using or trying to use...and a picture of what you do see when you try to get the graphs.

Re: Why wont Sleepy Head show me my graphs?
Back in SH 0.7 and SH 0.8 I would run into this problem on a little Eee PC netbook. JediMark was still actively writing code and the two of us eventually decided my problem was a not quite standard video card that the Eee PC netbooks used.Pugsy wrote: I have seen a handful of people who get the statistics page but when they go to click on the daily detailed graph page it won't switch and they get a weird combination of the AHI stuff on the left and part of the welcome page on the right instead of graphs. The "work around", such as it was, was to keep SH in the daily data view and only look at the day that I just uploaded. Switching days would cause the problem too.
I'd recommend that if a person who runs into this problem can accurately describe it and provide some screen shots, a bug report to the SleepyHead SourceForge page is reasonable.

I've always had the same problem. This is what happens when I click Daily. Windows 7 Pro.

This is the same thing that happens to me. If someone solves the problem for you, let me know and I'll do the same. ThanksLittle Wing wrote:I've always had the same problem. This is what happens when I click Daily. Windows 7 Pro.
Re: Why wont Sleepy Head show me my graphs?
That is the screen shot you've shown is the first step.
The second step is to double click on the day you wish view on the drop down Calendar displayed (say the 25th), when you do this if the software is working properly the drop down Calendar disappears and your left with the data for the 25th. If this doesn't work Sleepyhead is not working properly (sometimes with Windows machines rebooting corrects this) or Sleepyhead isn't compatible with your machine for whatever reason.
Remember if you leave the card in the CPAP machine while you're using it it'll store a lot more information and graphs than if you leave it in your computer. If you leave the card in your computer your Cpap machine will download a more limited data set to your card when you do insert it. Retrieving and displaying the information stays the same in ether case.
Hope that helps.

Re: Why wont Sleepy Head show me my graphs?
I have known of a handful of people whose daily graphs on the right side won't show up on the daily detail.
I don't know why...nothing in my usual bag of tricks works to fix the issue.
At first I thought it was related to the 60 series machines but it has happened with the S9 machine users too.
Don't know what is causing the problem. It is extremely rare though.
