So, I went to Dr. today. Says Ive got to give it time to feel better...
Told him I changed my settings from CPAP 5cfm to APAP 6-8 cfm.......laughed that I was able to change settings....

Anyhow, he had not much else to say. So here are my two day results from going to APAP 6-8.....
Compared to my other results above I think it looks better if not optimal just yet....
Thoughts????
Thank You!!!

She does hear air coming out at times. But I usually wake up right away. That doesn't seem to be an issue.....that I can tell. Would I be able to see that in the software?

The question was "Do you sleep with your mouth open a lot of the time, even a small opening?" as you lose therapy air that way and so don't feel much better. The best answer to that is a full face mask (like a nasal one that just covers your mouth as well) so that even if your mouth is open, you still get treated. It's very common here!

Agreed. Your numbers are fine, but I personally wouldn't care for the way the pressure is bouncing around always chasing something the entire night. I prefer my pressure to stay stable at the minimum for a longer portion of the night and only climb for shorter periods when something requires extra pressure above "normal". I find I sleep better and have fewer CAs if the pressure is more stable, even if that means it is a little higher overall.

Sure. Take a look at the leak graph for last night from 4:00 - 5:00. That was either a leaking mask or you letting air out your mouth. Up to about 45 the machine should be able to mostly compensate by blowing more air, but if the leak gets large enough that it can't the machine and software will refer to that as "Large Leak". If you were using the machine that same night from 0:00 to 1:00 where there is no data logged, that could be the result of a large leak. Since I can't see your large leak info in those screenshots, and I don't know what you did, it is quite possible you just got up and turned off the machine.

Large leak territory for you is going to be upwards 80 to 90 L/min.
Keep it below 70 and unless the leaks are waking you up then I wouldn't worry about them.
SleepyHead seems to make mountains out of mole hills when it comes to the leak graph due to scale shown.

Should you spend much time up between 70 to 90 L/min...we probably need to use Encore software just to make sure where your large leak territory is really at ...just to make sure. Encore will give us a large leak flagged time if you reach large leak territory. Sleepyhead doesn't tell us...we have to figure it out for ourselves.

Alternately you can also just look on the machine's LCD screen at last night's single night data ...if you hit large leak territory it will give you % of time in large leak....if it says 0.0...you didn't hit large leak territory.

Respironics never tells us exactly where large leak territory is. It's going to vary with mask, machine and pressures used so we just go by past experience or what Encore eventually shows us when we push it.
