Stiff neck

I have a very stiff neck. This started after I began using CPAP machine. Sleep on sides and tried my back. Going to chiropractor. No help, really. Any body have problem? How did you resolve it?

Either you've got the bottom back strap too tight, or you're (un?)consciously going into a rigid mode when wearing the mask... you need to find a way to relax.

Try a different bed pillow.

if those suggestions don't work for you, consider using strap covers.... Pad-A-Cheek...

I got this until I started using a buckwheat pillow with another regular pillow. I also take a couple Ibuprofen an hour before bed. Have not had any trouble since
I started this regimen.

Bottom strap was going onto my neck rather than staying on my skull. Solution, ran a strap to the top back strap and used to control the position of both (the top strap tended to drift onto the top of my head and did no good there.
