The snores are indications of partial airway collapse...your pressure is not quite optimal.
If your machine flagged Flow limitations (it doesn't so don't let the absence of any flags lead you to believe there weren't any) I suspect we would also see an increased number of Flow limitations.
Probably wouldn't take but 0.5 or 1.0 cm to clean up the reports a bit more and it might help with how you feel...can't guarantee it because there's more to feeling better than looking at some numbers and graphs.

Thank you both. I did in fact see all the snoring and was wondering about that contributing to my tiredness. In fact, I just checked to see if I could change my pressure myself but can't. Wow, if getting the snoring under control will make me feel as good as I did after my titration I'm pretty excited. I see my doc this week.
