An increase in pressure might reduce some of that Flow Limitation, but as you now know, it could come at a price in terms of quality of sleep. If you are sleeping well and your AHI is below 5, take it slow and easy with any pressure increases. I'm not saying that your FL graph looks like a work of art right now , just that you don't need to be in a big hurry to push the pressure back up if you're feeling and sleeping well. You'd also want to be careful that increasing pressure doesn't lead to those centrals popping up again.
