I have sleepmapper hooked up to my "modem" that is being used for 90 days to track my usage. On the site and app it says its posts a day late, which is fine. However it is constantly wrong. For instance on Tuesday Night (2 days ago and should be most current usage) it says 0.0 hours of therapy. I used the Machine from 11pm until 8am (they says a day is from noon to noon) so it should have read 9 hours of usage. Once tomorrow comes around it will update on the long timeline as show 9 hours of usage. But the time on the main app screen and website is constantly wrong.
Does that make sense?

Re: SleepMapper Issue.... any ideas?
Doesn't make sense unless it is the modem that is only reporting a day late.
When I used SleepMapper ...today is Wednesday and last night would have been Tuesday (not 2 days ago) and if I used it today then it would show last night's data but then I wasn't using the modem. I was pulling the SD card itself and updating to SleepMapper that way.
When the modem is involved I have no idea when it transmits but even then the date on SleepMapper should show correct date.
If you aren't pulling the SD card and letting the modem do it...I have no idea how that works.
I do know if manually pulling the SD card and inserting it into the computer and letting it update..it would show last night's usage right now.
Only other thing I can think of since the modem is involved is if the modem doesn't do its thing until past GMT noon because that's when the machine updates on the LCD screen. If the modem works like the LCD screen reporting works and you happen to be checking it prior to noon GMT time then it would report 0.0 until it updates.

Thanks for the reply... You are right its showing the date as through 3/18/14 on my app... it says Mask 100%, AHI 0.0 and Therapy 0.0.
I didn't realize that the modem only transmits at certain times... for some reason i was thinking it was constant. Maybe that is the issue all along is that its GMT and i am EST.

Re: SleepMapper Issue.... any ideas?
I have no idea when the modem transmits but I am sure it isn't constant.
The reports are always data for when the therapy started...as in last night showing 3/18.
Now I happened to get to bed after midnight so mine would show a date of 3/19.
I would think either the modem hasn't transmitted yet or maybe the modem is tied into GMT time..or both.

Since those modems are cellular they most likely get setup to transmit during the least expensive time slots. Most modem vendors sign a contract with the carriers that restrict transmissions to the wee hours of the morning so it probably won't transmit todays data until tomorrow morning.

Re: SleepMapper Issue.... any ideas?
I had the same issue before returning the modem. I was told it depends when the DME computer is set to download. I was then told to feel around on the side of the modem until I find a small button to press and hold a second or two. That activates the modem and it accesses the SD card and reads it. I can't remember if it actually sends but the nights results can them be read. I don't know if your modem has such a button but it made it easier for me to check in the morning. This was before I knew about Sleepyhead. The DME said to unplug the machine before removing the modem so it doesn't get confused and not send the compliance info. After Sleepyhead read the card I replaced everything and plugged it all back in.
