encore pro 2 software for resprionics system one

I use a Phillips system one NIV that I would like to be able to read the information on the SD card, my sleep nurse has told me I need Encore pro/pro 2 software, does anybody know where I can down load a copy and what the costs would be as so far I am having no luck

You can download Sleepyhead free from the forum with no problem... it was developed by a member, it's newer than Encore, and will work on a Mac as well as Windows. Go to the very first note on the page ('Pugsy's Pointers) and look at the link below her note (that tells you how to use it).

Phillips system one NIV

What's the model number? Sleepyhead won't work with the model 960. It is iffy with the 950 but worth a try.
If it is the 960 then Encore Pro 2.12 is the only option. It won't work on Windows 8.1 but seems to install and work on Win 8.0 (and older) computers.

So tell me what model machine and which operating system is on your computer and maybe I can help you find the software.
