Stats Going Up

Post by tqpannie » Sun Mar 09, 2014 7:11 am

So I've been under an enourmous amount of stress these last two weeks that is work related. Has anyone noticed a corrolation between the number of events they have in relationship to the amount of stress they are under

My AHI has gone from between .2 and .5 (for the last year) to anywhere between 1.13 and 3.4 a night. I'm confused by this because I don't have large leaks, my filters are clean, and while I have COPD I'm not currently in a flare.

They are all hypopneas-no centrals, no obstructive, and no periodic breathing.

Anyone else experienced this weird flares of increased events at night?

I experience similar results for sure. My stress level is normally high, but when it gets extreme I see changes in my data also.

I have been trying some meditation using http://www.brainsync.com/ items. There is a free 7 minute meditation download that helps me to relax. Have not tried to purchase the longer versions as of yet, but I am sure leaning that way. http://www.brainsync.com/free-guided-meditation-online

Thank you I will take a look because this is making me crazy. My stress level has tripled-I'm actually not even able to eat normally, sleep well, and my hair is falling out over the events at work the last couple of weeks.
