choosing a good bipap machine for UARS?

I am convinced i have UARS

I been using an Apap machine which helpt for a few months..but now I can't seem to get the pressure right

I have read that for UARS bipap is the better option

Also I need a higher pressure than 20 my machine maxes out at 20

I live in Germany..we can't get Resmed machines here

I'm looking for a machine where I could track flow limitations and RERA

Anyone with UARS that can give any advice on a good machine. Prefrebly one where you can track the data

RERAs.....that will limit you to the Phillips Respironics System One machines.
In bilevel pressures...that would be the model 650/660 for fixed bilevel pressures or the 750/760 for auto adjusting pressure mode.
the 60 part of the model number means the latest model and the machine is heated hose optional.
the 50 series machines didn't have the heated hose option and can not be made to have the integrated heated hose.

ResMed doesn't flag RERAs...only Respironcs feels comfortable flagging them.
ResMed only gives a Flow Limitation graph...Respironics flags Flow Limitations as a separate event so easy to spot BUT this flagging is only available in auto adjusting pressure mode.

I have seen a Philips resporonics system one bilevel
Is that the auto machine you mentained
Is has no number on it

The model number for the Phillips Respironics System One machines is on a little sticker on the bottom of the blower unit.
In Europe they sometimes have a one at the end of the 3 digits....like 761 or 751
Also on this same sticker on the bottom of the machine is an 8 digit number..year/month/date format for date of manufacture.

It's not always easy to figure out exactly which model just by the words on the top of the machine and that's why I suggest for the Respironics machines that people just go by the model number on the bottom of the machine.
Now ResMed machines have the model name clearly shown on the top of their machines but Respironics doesn't always make it so clear.

but the philips bipap machines is a bit out of my budget...
is there any cpap machines that can help with UARS and have pressure settings that go over 20?

Unfortunately there aren't any cpap/apap machine that will have pressures over 20 cm available.
Must be a bilevel machine to have 25 cm max available.
Have you check secondwindcpap.com? Gently used is a bit more affordable in the $600 to $700 range.
