There's some evidence that the epidemic growth of congestive heart failure is due to statin drug use. See http://www.westonaprice.org/cardiovascu ... atin-drugs or Google "congestive heart failure statin drugs".

If you still take statins, read up on the mevalonate pathway and why you should be supplementing with Co Enzyme Q10.

Often they call this "idiopathic" congestive heart failure but maybe the cause is obvious.

Interesting comments about the fans. Are you talking about floor or table fans that blow from the side or ceiling fans? After 2.5 years of CPAP that doesn't work, I'm willing to try anything.

cherylann, have you ever posted copies of your sleep studies to see if the minds here can spot anything useful? Or your graphs of your nightly data? I just hate to hear that you are still struggling with this and thinking that surely there's got to be some degree of relief out there for you. If you want to give it another round of effort, start a thread about it.
