Yippee! 0.2! Still waiting on that ever elusive 0.0, but I'll take a 0.2 and be happy! I rarely go above 2.0, and for close to the last year am usually between 0.8 and 1.6.

Congratulations. That's a great number. I've gotten 0.4, and it feels great.

Great, good for you. I had a .2 Saturday night myself, I think that is my lowest also.

It depends on the CPAP machine you used. I have 3 cases of AHI=0 with my Resmed S9 - during 1.5 years. When using Philips Respironics - this never happened, eventhough I have used the tank, M series, Series One and in the last 2 years Model 60.

I guess the AHI detection algorithm is different in Resmed vs PR

Also the Avg AHI for Resmed S9 are much lower than PR CPAP

I often get 0.0 when I use the Nano nasal mask and ruby red chinstrap. I consistently get <0.5 and have had at least 5 AHI readings of 0.0 this month. I don't think it is my machine because I unplugged it and also the 0.0 are followed by maybe a 0.1 0r a 0.2. If I wear a full face mask, my AHI goes up to 1 or 2. Also if I like on my back it goes higher. I feel really great so I don't think the 0.0 is a machine error. It is getting much better because I have fine tuned my routine over the past three months. I got an overhead hose hanger and I have gotten several good chin straps which keeps my mouth closed and jaw firm.
I also place a small somewhat hard pillow over my cpap pillow so everything doesn't mush into a big soft pillow. I put another small square couch pillow under my chin so it does not drop. So now things seem to work pretty well although after five or six hours I have to get up for a potty break and a drink and brush my teeth again and clear out my nose and sinuses. I then go back to bed for another 2 or 3 hours. But it is a great feeling to see all those low numbers and know I am getting healthier every day because I use my CPAP regularly.
