Thanks kaiasgram...that's my problem. I don't have any such feature. I think I will do as neallo did and just uninstall tapatalk and just access this forum directly from the web.

I look forward to learning more from others that might be experiencing the same issues. I do have some questions about the machine...what is the SD card recording. Does the machine pickup if you are still waking during the night or if you are sleeping with your mouth open?

Hi! Welcome! This forum knows a lot more than my doctor or my equipment provider.
Try a nasal pillows type. Just try it….

Depends what kind of machine you have on what it records. Please be sure to go into the control panel and add your equipment.

Dinycat: as Jan suggested... read the "taming the Quattro" article. It was a god-send for me. I use the Mirage Quattro as a back up mask. After reading the article, I realized that you start the machine (with the hose connected to the mask), before putting the mask on your face. This allows the cushion to inflate. After doing what the article says, which was the right way, I was able to get a good nights' sleep and was able to make the mask work. It is a journey.... good luck!!
