How stupid is that? LOL It prevents sleep apnea by "waking you up" ??? Sleep apnea already wakes you up. That's the problem. We're trying to stay asleep, and go through all the stages of sleep to feel refreshed. What's better, having arousals from apnea or having arousals from the arm of a bear pillow? It's laughable.

Befor I moved to CPAP, I had one of these. I call it my WIFE....

When I snored, she slapped me...

CPAP is much better.

I never slapped my DH. He's a lover, not a fighter.
I'd plant a light smooch on his lips and he's pucker up and stop snoring.
Eventually I could brush his lips with my finger and the snoring would stop when he tried to kiss back.
Little did I know it was my snoring that was the loudest-
-as long as I was awake faking kisses, I wasn't snoring and he could sleep.

So, women fake that too?

When will the madness stop?
