Link to Encore basic needed

Post by GLeas » Tue Jan 07, 2014 4:54 pm

Hi,
I am one of the crowd that would like to download the Encore SW for free! I'm using Windows 7 for OS. BTW, is this a link to the Encore Viewer 2.1 or something else? Thanks for your help!

Check your PM box..
and check your model of machine....what you are showing in your profile is model 260 and the software won't help you because that machine doesn't gather anything other than hours of use.
Hopefully you just chose the wrong machine from the equipment menu.
Model 450 or higher is needed to have useful data gathered.

Forgot to create an account to receive that PM.

I have access to an older OS, so I can do the install and copy workaround.

Thanks in advance.

EncoreBasic will not install on Windows 8.xx computers. It's Windows 7 or older compatible.
There is a work around if you have a Windows 7 or older computer....you can install Basic on the older computer and manually move a copy of Basic to the Win 8 computer...it will work/run on Win8...it just won't install.
The problem is the installer...bypass it and it will work.

Otherwise the only software that will install on Win 8 computer is Encore Pro 2.12 and it doesn't seem to want to install on Win 8.1.

Send me a private message in regards to which you want to try.
I am no longer offering support for Pro though...it's a PITA but people can figure out how to use it if they would just read the help section.

I just upgraded from a REMStar Pro M to an RP System One 60 series and would like to see about the Encore basic software. I like sleepmapper, but it doesn't show me enough information. I figure it's my machine and my bathing, I should be able to see all the data, not just what they want to show me.
Could someone PM the information about Encore basic to me?

Thanks

I like my ResMed AirFit F10 FFM - reasonably low leaks for my ASV therapy. I'm currently using a PR S1 AutoSV 960P Advanced. I also keep a ResMed S9 Adapt as backup. I use a heated Hibernite hose. Still rockin' with Win 7 by using GWX to stop Win 10.
