Multiple folders with data on SD card

Post by Damun » Mon Jan 06, 2014 10:32 am

Hello my fellow CPAP'ers.

I'm having a problem here:
The SD card from my Philips Respironics System One has several folders on it with data being stored in different places. When i import the data into SleepyHead It only shows detailed data for for a period (from day 1 to the day i sent the SD card to my doctors) ant it doesn't show detailed data forthe most recent period. The problem seems to have started when i sent in my SD card to my doctors. I presume they would have used the software from Philips. It appears that SleepyHead only imports some data...
The folders on the SD card are:

P-Series -->
Clear0 -->e, p0, p1, properties.txt
P079226839B5E --> e, p0, properties.txt
encore.txt
last.txt

To get all data for all days i created a folder on the PC desktop and created the following folder structure (mimicing the SD card)
P-Series-->P079226839B5E--> e, p0, properties.txt

In the p0 folder i collected (copied) all the data from all p0, p1...etc. folders on the SD card. SleepyHead would still not read the data.
Then i compared the two "properties.txt" files on the SD card. My idea was that this file contains information on how to read the data within that folder. Among other differences the "Lastdate" category was different and i changed this entry in the "properties.txt" to latest one (its a series of numbers not actual dates, so the "largest" number). Now SleepyHead reads all data properly.

Please note: I have only made changes to files on my PC not on the SD card itself.

Now to my questions:
1) Does anyone have a "solution" so that when I import data next time I wouldn't have to go through all this ?
2) Does Philips software create a new subfolder each time the card is read?

Best Regards, Dan
