CPAP Software

Post by eddie864 » Sun Jan 05, 2014 6:19 am

Seeing the chat here about software I decided to install Sleepyhead and ResScan on my pc. I took my SD card out of my Resmed Escape S9 and plugged it into my pc via a USB2 card reader. Neither software will import the data. The ResScan software just hangs at 0% and when you close it it moves to about 4% and gives an error message. The sleepyhead software just hangs. My pc reads the card ok but I can only assume some of the data is corrupted. Not sure what to do.

You dont have any usefull data in a S9 escape, sorry.... You need S9 Elite or AutoSet to get any data to analyze

Everything I write I translate through Google Translate.
Hope you have patience with that, sometimes it can get a little crazy.

Ahh.. Thanks for that.

So why does it come with an SD card installed? The card has files and folders on it...

The card stores your hours of usage.
You got screwed by the place you got it from. For the same cost to you, you could have had a fully data-capable machine.
If you've had it less than 30 days, you could check to see if they'll exchange it for an Elite or Autoset model.

The Escape does record number of hours used, but that's all.

Oh, I see you're in the UK. Good luck with that suggestion, but you could try anyway.
