Any Sleepyhead/Mac experts, I need your help. I'm about 90 days in with my APAP and have checked my data almost daily with Sleepyhead on my Mac. My husband just got his machine and I added him as a second "user" to show him how his numbers looked and encourage him to set his own system up. I was able to import my own data for a few times after that but, now, my Mac will no longer import data from my own SD card.
I'm not sure adding him is related since the problem did not occur immediately. After repeated efforts to be sure I'm following all instructions and my usual pattern for importing, I've also: 1) put former versions in the trash and re-loaded Sleepyhead for Mac, 2) restarted my machine, and 3) selected "new location" for download to see if I the SD card is being selected.
My SD and my husband's are both named "NO NAME" and I haven't tried changing the name of mine for fear of messing things up worse. Using Sleepyhead has been so easy and helped tremendously with getting through those early weeks of misery; now I'm lost without it. Thanks in advance for any help!

Re: Sleepyhead stopped importing - Mac
I'm a Mac and S9 user, not sure I can help, but would you describe exactly what is happening and maybe even post a screenshot of what you see on your computer when the problem occurs?
BTW I don't think the NO NAME thing is related to the problem.

Thanks for your offer of help.
There is nothing unusual happening. Everything looks exactly like it always has but when I hit the red import button, nothing happens. That has happened before when I accidentally had the SD card locked I think. I can only tell when an import has taken place because the numbers in my statistics change. Now, the number I can see for Monday stays the same and no data for Tuesday shows up to replace it.

Re: Sleepyhead stopped importing - Mac
I finally took my SD card and re-inserted it in my machine in case data had not been read/kept but there might still be live data in there. On importing after that, I did get minimal data so that recovered some for last night. I'm thinking, since I went to bed late after NY revelry and didn't look at the screen on the machine, my card might have been locked, I didn't see the warning, so it did not record anything and that was why nothing would download. At any rate, it seems to be working now. Maybe this will help someone else who searches in order to solve the same problem.

Glad it got resolved so quickly -- and yes, it's good you posted about it because it will undoubtedly be helpful to someone else down the road.
