Sleepyhead software
I'm trying to set up the Sleepyhead software to work with my Respironics bipap machine. It asks me to "upload data", but I have no idea how to do this and the user guide seems to assume you know how to do this. There's an SD card in the machine, which I inserted into my computer, but the Sleepyhead software can't find what it needs and reports "no data". Any help out there?"
Re: Sleepyhead software
When you click file upper left hand corner of SleepyHead click on import, then you have to point SleepyHead to were your SD card is at.

To elaborate a bit more on Squid's description, to be able to Import into Sleepyhead, you need to tell it where the SD card is located when you push it into a slot in your PC.
If you have a PC that runs say, Microsoft XP, & you can access [click on], Windows Explorer, then the left hand side of Explorer should show a "Folders" column.
If you double click on "My Computer", you should see Local Disc "C"
and then you are looking below that for a drive labelled "SD Card", it might be "D", depending on how many DVD drives etc you have in your PC. If you click on "SD Card" you should see a Data File. That is what Sleepyhead is looking for.
Now, I think when you click on Sleepyhead Import, it may show you a small box & "Browse" next to it. The "Browse" is to Browse Windows Explorer for the SD Card data file. Try & follow the pathway I have described.
If you find the data file, click on that, then click on the Sleepyhead "Import" button.
I am doing this from memory, may need tweaking.
Of course, if you are on a Mac, then someone else will need to guide you.

Okay. Thanks to both. Actually, I almost had it right before I posted the query. I pointed the software at the right drive, but clicked on a FILE in the folder, instead of just the dive. Worked fine just pointing at the drive. Thanks for your help.

No biggie... virtually everyone's done that the first time around with SH. Also, simply ignore/close the window that pops up right after inserting the SD card which asks you to select from a bunch of windows options... just proceed to SH and use the import function button and point to the correct SD card drive.suncoaster wrote:Okay. I like my ResMed AirFit F10 FFM - reasonably low leaks for my ASV therapy. I'm currently using a PR S1 AutoSV 960P Advanced. I also keep a ResMed S9 Adapt as backup. I use a heated Hibernite hose. Still rockin' with Win 7 by using GWX to stop Win 10.
