Seeking Sleep-Cool, Side-Sleeping pillow for Swift FX

I normally sleep with a latex pillow, as they breathe really well, and help those of us that sleep warm. I've struggled with adjusting to Swift FX, and now I think i'm ready to try and negate the pillow effect. I sleep well on my back, but when I sleep on my side, my face on the pillow is uncomfortable with the Swift FX pushing into my face and pillow.

So, anyone have a pillow that sleeps really cool, and is a good suggestion for side sleepers with a mask like the Swift?

I don't know about the 'cool' aspect, but Cpap.com carries inexpensive special pillows for side-sleepers as they have cutouts for the mask.

I normally sleep on the edge of my pillow whilst sleeping on my side. I fold it along the edge too to give it a bigger boost off the mattress and it is more comfortable for me to sleep that way. Hope this helps in some way

Hi Z... do a search on here, you'll see several threads on bed pillows.

I've tried several different pillows... from inexpensive to very expensive cpap pillows. For me, I find the best pillow is a foam semi-firm pillow I bought at Macy's - from the Martha Stewart collection. There isn't a "best" pillow b/c we are all individual and our needs are different. At one time I used the Swift FX mask but changed to the Nano a few months ago. The foam pillow I use works fine with both masks. I find sleeping near the edge works best. BTW... I'm a side sleeper also.

You may go through several pillows before you find one you like... but, you may get lucky the first time out.

I too am a side sleeper and have spent a lot of money on pillows! The one that I found to be the best for not disturbing my nasal pillow mask is My Pillow. Check them online. I got the medium fill and it is just perfect for me. I tried all kinds- down filled, latex, memory foam, latex etcetera. None works as good as My Pillow.
