Right now I do not run but rather do a lot of cycling for knee maintenance. However as I loose weight a bit further I do plan to start running.
Well I may do a bit of it today being inspired by these articles.
For those whose brains have been harmed by OSA (which likely includes all with OSA) add that running is known to stimulate brain growth and so likely repair.

There are those who would disagree that running is beneficial. Resistance training coupled with proper food, sleep and supplementation is another way to look at it.
