Oh my good GOD Avi! He already ASKED HIS QUESTION in his first post! How about you go elsewhere with your very huge attitude.

Ruinednose, it sounds like you do have aerophagia, which basically is when your mouth opens while you're using cpap, and you swallow air. That air sits in your stomach and hurts, until you are able to belch and burp (and/or fart) and get rid of it. It's very uncomfortable, and can undermine your treatment, by causing you to give up. DON'T GIVE UP. You need to find a way to keep your mouth and lips closed while you're on the machine. You can do that by taping your lips closed, or by using a chinstrap made of cloth that covers your mouth. And keep your tongue locked up against your upper palate. That keeps the air directed down your airway and not into your stomach.

It is unfortunate that with all those languages you have NOTHING worth saying. It is not the language or the quality of the language that counts but the content.

One considered possibility is that the apnea event causes suction up the oesophagus, another is the stress hormones due to the event causes more stomach acid or clenching.
No events = less of the above.

Do you mean before you were on ANY xpap treatment of any kind?

Or do you mean when you were on cpap/apap, before you started bipap?
