i just don't have one and im very low on financial resources.
I have to just try the tape but i can't ware if frequently.... idk what to you

Super easy to answer and demonstrate. Take your thumb and push your chin up hard enough so your teeth touch (no mask, just a bare face). Force some air out of your lips. Probably lots of air came out because your lips are as much a problem as your sleepy saggy jaw (which often causes one's tongue to slide back and block the airway). Many people use a little or a lot of tape depending on how bad their chipmunk cheeks get and how much their tongue slides back while asleep. I use a BOTH tape and chinstrap because I have to. BTW, all you tongue trainers: I successfully got away using my so-called trained tongue for the first four months when I first started using my Swift FX nasal pillows. At the end of four months, my trained tongue decided to rebel and quit the team for some unknown reason. Hence the chinstrap and tape regimen I mentioned above. I certainly wish you tongue trainers good luck with the technique but sometimes things just change and you have to adapt. I sure do miss my old 'trained tongue' tho.
