using two SD cards in a Resmed machine

I am using the sleepyheads software to track my data. Can I alternate between two SD cards and still have the data read properly? I am finding that I tend to forget to put the SD card back into my machine after reading it (my computer is on a different floor of the house), so it would be easier to read a card for a week then switch it out with the other card and swap back and forth. Is this possible?

If your S9 machine doesn't care...SleepyHead shouldn't care.
