Happy Thanksgiving to all.

I'm thankful I'm getting more oxygen in my body every night.

Those trying to sleep near me are thankful they no longer here a freight train coming through the bedroom...

Happy Thanksgiving.
We have scaled down on the sagging table; (too much work and waste-waist)
just deep fried turkey breast, home-made borscht, pirogy, and pumpkin pie.
---and FAMILY. We will eat together, and be grateful for all we have.

Happy Thanksgiving Everybody! Just me, the wifey and two kitties, but we have a lot to be thankful for. May I ask one small favor though? Please remember all the troops overseas in your blessings and prayers and ask to keep them safe from harm, and wish them a happy Thanksgiving and a speedy return home.

Happy Thanksgiving to all!

I'm fighting a cold, so we may just stay and chill out today at home. Me, the missus, Hank the world's largest Australian Shepherd, Doc my psycho Border Collie and Hobo the sweet little Aussie healer mix.

Slept better last night. Took Nyquil night before last and it sent my AHI from 2.1 to >11. Last night I was back to 2.1, pressure of 8.8. I had tried a new larger nasal mask the DME gave me, but it' too big and leaked too much. Changed back to the smaller and did better.

So I am thankful for getting accurately diagnosed, being compliant with treatment, that my wife no longer has to wear ear plugs to sleep, among many other things. This APAP experience, like many other situations in life, I believe, are allowed by God in our lives to help teach us. I've had to learn humility. I've had to learn acceptance. I've had to learn to ask for help. All in all, I am grateful and thankful for this trial God has given me.

Best wishes to all!
