Bi level machine, cant adapt, NEED A LITTLE HELP!!!

Hi every body im new to this site, i got a ResMed bi level machine im having a hard time adapting to the mask, it keeps me awake making it hard to fall asleep.
the machine is set at 10/4 the lowest setting, i have been on ambien for 10 yrs. now, still have a hard time to get to sleep, does anyone have any suggestions to
help me overcome this challenge?

ALSO I WOULD LIKE PEOPLE TO KNOW I HAVE DEVELOPED A PROTOTYPE MOUTH PIECE AND LIP SEAL STRAP, MY AHI WENT FROM 22 TO 3 PER NIGHT!!!

It would help if we knew which mask you are using (and others you have used in the past and failed with) along with what issues you are having with the mask that might be causing the wake ups...pain, leak, or just the mask being there???

Otherwise about all we can offer is "keep trying different masks"...there's a lot of them out there.
