Sleepyheads missing some data

I`m missing daily data (under that tab) after a download, and although some summary data is updated, the leak data etc does not appear. Some data is downloaded, others not. Any ideas how to solve this? Thanks

What SleepyHead version and build are you using? That information is under Help in SH...About SH.
Have you used Encore software to see if the data is also missing in that software?
Can you give us a picture of what you are talking about?
Have you gone to the Preferences ...graph tabs to confirm that the proper check mark is in the box for the missing graphs?
What operating system is on your computer?

I`m not sure how to take a picture, but under the Overview, the top metrics AHI, usage, pressure appear, but the leakage does not.

Under the Daily, there is `no data`

I am not familiar with Macs...so not familiar with steps for importing.

Try creating a new profile so that you are forced to do the import again and make sure aren't going into the SD card at all.

Do you know how to make a copy of your SD card contents....compress/zip it....and get it to me so I can't play with it in my SLeepyHeadn and my encore?

That way we would know if it is software issue or machine issue. I suspect software.
Maybe reinstall SleepyHead????

The shortcut for an IMac screenshot (picture) is "command -shift-three." You will then find it on your desktop. After opening a site like photobucket , you then download the shot icon by dragging it into the download identified area in photobucket. Olivia
