I'm currently using a Philips Respironics on loan while waiting for my S9 to arrive. There's a lot of old data from former users of the PR which shows up on Sleepyhead. I'd like to get rid of this, but I can't find where in the file structure this old stuff is stored. When I try to purge a day's data within SH, the program crashes. (I'm running Win 7 Home Premium 64 bit on an Acer).
Can anybody help me in locating the old data and/or enabling me to purge it without crashing?
Thanks
Paul

Re: Purging old data - Sleepyhead
Paul,
Here is a way to get SleepyHead to have only what you want, without upsetting the compliance card for the PRS1.
PART 1:
Copy the P-Series folder to your computer
Remove the SD card from your computer so you don't accidentally mess with it.
Open the P-Series folder on your computer, and find the serial number folder within, then the P0 folder within it.
Look at the dates of the .001 .002 and .005 files. Trash the files from before you started using the machine but leave the rest.
PART 2:
Now open SleepyHead and go to the Daily screen for a date where you are using this machine at night.
Go to the DATA menu and choose ADVANCED > Purge CPAP Data > All Data For Current CPAP machine and allow SleepyHead to delete.
PART 3:
Hit the "Import" button and show SleepyHead where you put the P-Series folder on your computer.
The above will import only what you left in the P0 folder, so the old user's data won't show up.
If you owned this machine and were not being monitored for compliance there are ways to erase old data on the machine and card and have it keep track of only the future dates of use, but I don't suggest that in your case.
When you want to look at your next night you have to do PART 1 all over again, then Part 3 (but you don't have to do PART 2).

Thanks from me as well SleepyCPAP for this post. This worked for me. I was able to delete a bunch of someones old data I accidentally imported into sleepyhead from my used backup machine. ( Respironics system one pro )
