What are these "Medicare compliance requirements" you speak of?
Once she has met the initial compliance, I am not aware of any additional Medicare compliance requirements.
Now, if she is going anyway "because of her health problems, that is different.

After no Sleep Dr visits for 7 years, I went back to the sleep lab dr and got my S9 Autoset started. He made appointments each year for the next 3 for an annual visit. This last time he said call and make an appointment if you start having troubles. I am happy and the time and money can be better spent on people who are having trouble adapting to the treatment.

diagnosed and began CPAP treatment 2003.

My Mom has only been using CPAP for under a year so the doctor wants to keep track of it since my Mom has some difficulty keeping the mask on. The doctor mentioned that she has to send in the report to Medicare for coverage. I will double check with my Mom if that is the case, I don't handle her insurance.
