A remedy for nasal congestion

I get a blocked nose all the time which is SOOOOOO annoying. It usually means that I have to get up and walk around and wait until my nose unblocks. And the weird thing is that it happens as soon as I start to even think about going to sleep as if it's almost some sort of strange allergy to sleep. Anyway, I was browsing for solutions I found this one.

I considered your idea and decided to combine the strategies for maximum effect. I now jerk off to a picture of Jesus.

I hope you stick around. Please pray for me. My tongue relaxes while I sleep and falls back and blocks my very small airway. Since the cpap does not blow it out of the way, this causes me to stop breathing a number of times and often leaves me feeling terrible. And I cannot take any more pressure than I am using now because if I turn up the pressure, I wake up numerous times a night because I am in so much pain from the air being trapped in my body (which is called aerophagia). In addition to prayer to Jesus, currently I am offering a novena to St. Therese of Lisieux for a remedy to this problem. Thanks very much for your prayers.
