What you should do is donate most of those macines save one or two to a charity that offers such machines to the poor and the uninsured. Period.

I, too have a small collection of machines. I love my S9 Autoset, but at 6024 hours, it will not live forever.
My new Intellipap cleaned out my FSA balance, but is suitable for disaster, power outages, and traveling.
(and I never want to have to wait a month or more for a replacement machine--as most DMEs here "never stock auto's")
My oldest machine, the S9 Elite, has only 2378 hours, used 9 months, in clean storage since just over 2 years ago.
This machine is intended for my son (when he is ready to use it)
if my son also needs an auto, as opposed to a straight cpap,
I expect to sell it locally for "a song" to someone who can't afford new.

FREE....who are you kidding. I live in Alberta, we don't have to pay for basic health care, but need to pay premiums for extra health care...which I can't afford. Each province is different, some provinces pay for cpap machines, but mine does not I was charged $1600 for a brick and a Quattro mask from the DME but I was fortunate enough to buy a slightly used m series from another member for a heck of a lot less. ......So....toys for boys or girls are not for me

I am reviewing old posts and yours caught my eye
What intellipap cpap model did you get that is good for power outages and travel? Why do you recommend it for this over the S9 that you use daily ? It has been 7 mths since the post...do you still recommend the intellepap as best cpap for travel and outages

Yes, aside from being a bit noisier than my Autoset,
the corresponding functions are all there, including exhalation relief.
The separate 12V DC jack on the back of my machine means if the power is off,
I plug into my battery pack or even the lighter socket in the car.

I do NOT prefer the Intellipap over the Autoset; the S9 color screen is awesome, and the display on the Intellipap does not show centrals.
I have even gotten a couple useless smart codes--glad I bought the module, too.
My battery pack is this one; They gave me a big discount bundled with the machine.
