Respironics algortithm explained.

Post by DME_Guy » Sat Jun 10, 2006 5:09 pm

I have in my possession an executable file that demonstrates and explains Respironics technology. It's an excellent presentation that should answer most of the basic questions you have.

To use the program, you have to download both of these programs to the same folder.

1. Create a new folder on your desktop can call it whatever you wish.
2. Right click on these two programs and save them both to the new folder you created.
3. Click on the autoalgorithmtraining icon and enjoy. Once open, just click continue in the lower right corner and it will walk you through it.

Here are the links to the two programs:

My advice in general is to never download and executable file but I don't know how to get around it. Maybe someone that is computer savy can download it first and let everyone else know it's safe.

I will only have it up for a couple of days.

Thank you DME_Guy!

Very interesting information. It will take me awhile to really check it out, but from what I have seen it is very informative, again thank you!

you need to download both files for it to work, just select "save as" or "save link as" and is fine.

I have Microsoft Defender and Symantec Antivirus installed, neither one complained after downloading.

DME guy~

Thank you very much for the downloads. I have saved them to my desktop. See, we can't badmouth all DME's right? Not everyone's a bad guy.

Much appreciated thanks for the downloads!

Suzy

Thanks for the links, DME_guy, they look very interesting.

As for the downloading an .exe file: It's the running it that may be problematice when the source is unknown, or unreliable.

For those who want to be extra careful: right click on the downloaded file, and you'll have an option in the menu to run your virus protection program on that file.

wow, I understand what the auto is trying to do now, does there exist a list of what events(apnea, hyponea's etc) as to what machine is best for the paients?

it would be nice to see how the other brands deal with hyponeas etc, for a true comparison, but I am glad I found this website. I don't belive that I would be doing this good.
what about making this a sticky?

Many thanks, trouble free and virus free download.
I won't pretend to understand it all yet, but it'll be fun trying
