First off i am not sure if i should post this here but i have been using sleepyhead to monitor my cpap therapy since i got my machine December 18th 2012. After a recent computer crash i reinstalled sleepyhead with the most current version and imported all my data from the machine i noticed that when i looked at the data from the entire month of December sleepyhead reports that i had an ahi in the thousands and i know when i go to the DMC and ask to look at their records my ahi for the entire month of December was in the single digits. Is this a common thing for other users of sleepyhead who also uses a respironics system one 460p.
Also when i go to purge any data from sleepyhead, sleepyhead stops responding and ultimately crashes. is there any way that i can remove the month of December from sleepyhead altogether without the program crashing.

Re: problem with sleepyhead
What version of SleepyHead did you install recently?
Was it the latest 0.9.3 version that includes the Patch file or did you do the older version and then upgrade with the Patch file?
I thought they had that little 60 series bug fixed but maybe not.
I don't know how to selectively purge SleepyHead to remove the Dec data but I may know of a way to omit the Dec data from the import.

Re: problem with sleepyhead
When i downloaded the program it said that it was version 0.9.3-0 beta built on may 18th 2013. I believe that this is the most recent version that is out someone correct me if i am wrong please. If you were to go to data then advanced then purge cpap data it gives you the option to purge current selected day or purge all. I would like to hear of the way to omit the dec data from the import so that i can get an accurate ahi and what not.

I don't know how effective the purge function is...apparently it causes crashes.
But a back door way to maybe eliminate the December data if that is all that is whacky is to remove those Dec data files from the SD card and hope that when the machine writes any stored data back to the SD card that the data doesn't cause the bug to act up.
Navigate to the SD card and go into the SD card and find the folder that is a Pserial number folder and inside that folder is a P0 folder. There may also be a P1 folder as they start creating new folders for data when the first folder gets full. The first folder created to hold the data files is the P0 folder. Inside the P0 folder there are 3 file types..xxx.001, xxx.002 and xxx.005 per session
Smallest number like 001.001, 002.001 and 001.005 are the oldest files and should have Dec dates on them. Just manually delete the Dec dated files and then create a new user profile and import the SD card contents. Dec should be absent.
Now of course once the SD card gets put back into the machine any Dec data stored in the machines internal memory will get written back to the SD card but that data won't be as complete because it is so old. It should be just summary usage stuff as the machine doesn't store all those data files for that long.
This is a theory...haven't had the need to do this I don't think....the whacko AHI data has happened with some of the 60 series machines but normally with the 760 machine and that bug we thought had been fixed with this latest SH version. Since you are using it I guess there's another bug because I am using a 760 machine and my AHI are being reported as they should.

Re: problem with sleepyhead
That worked good because now the December, January and most of February data is gone although i did delete three files so the next time i will just erase one and see if that works.
i do have to say this encore basic reports the ahi numbers for the month of december 2012 correctly and that is a fresh install too
