SleepyHead Question

Post by jlmoorekcmo » Mon Aug 19, 2013 7:37 pm

My wife started CPAP therapy 5 days ago. Here machine has on the "compliance modem". When we try to import the data from her card to SleepyHead all that imports is the Brand, Model, & Serial #. SleepyHead says no data imported. The card is not write protected.

She has the same Brand & Model as me only about a year or so newer.

Is the "compliance modem" interfering with her machine writing to the card? Or is there some thing else?

(I checked & was able to import data from my card from my machine so I don't think I am doing something wrong.)

Which version of sleepyhead are you using. I just got mine a week ago, it also has on the modem. My first try I had an older version and it wouldn't find any data on the card. I upgraded and voila!

Is her machine a 60 series model? Like model 560?
What version of SleepyHead?
SleepyHead needs to be 0.9.3 version to work with the 60 series machines.
You can uninstall your older version and install the latest version and it should work. Your old data is in a SleepApp folder in MyDocuments and is untouched by the uninstall so all your data will still be available.

Now, if I could just get my wife to get involved in these CPAP forums where she can get help when required.
