good old lanky lefty--he's kind of cute, but i wonder what he thinks happens to BREATHING if you are keeping air from going into your chest???

Now I'm confused; When you administer CPR, you are instructed to tilt the head back
to direct air into the trachea, rather than the esophagus.

A lot of people have been critical of that video but what he's demonstrating has worked well for me. My friend's sleep doc recommended the exact opposite (head more tilted upward), and the upward tilt greatly improved her aerophagia. Individual differences...

Chin tucking hasn't worked reliably for me. That's what I tried at first.

Right now I'm experimenting with head/neck forward but chin neutral.
