Glad to hear you are getting some support from somewhere!

Why you still feel exhausted could be unrelated to apnea. Have you had any blood work done recently? Vitamin B levels (including B12) checked? I had low B12 levels and I was exhausted, much worse than I normally felt (which is always a bit tired).

Please, please do not take anti depressant medication unless you absolutely need too. They can screw up your sleep patterns, cause insomnia. I'm speaking from experience here, I've been on and off anti d's for almost half my life and my sleep specialist believes that a good portion of my sleep issues are exacerbated by the medication. Demand to see a phsyciatrist as they know more about the medications and side effects than a general practioner.

Issue is that I have little money and no insurance to see any dr...
