I'm into my second week with the CPAP and I noticed my mood perked up after just 2-3 days.
Yesterday I felt great! More energy and just ready to go. (even thought about exercising!)
Today is also great.
I'm hoping after my 1 month appointment any adjustments that may need to be done will be even better!
Only problem I have is I find myself sleeping on my side a few hours before wakeup and it causes some leakage around my nasal pillows. Other than that I'm happy so far with results!
Feeling better!
Feeling better!

Re: Feeling better!
Good news!! All the people here are searching for what you are accomplishing! Some have obtained it and some are still trying. I am also a side sleeper and I use the Contour pillow. It has cut-outs so your mask can hang over the side of the pillow. It is a memory foam pillow, so it is hard.

When using a CPAP sleeping on your side is the best position. You will have more apneas when on your back.

Not able to go to sleep on my side.....always start on my back and then whatever happens, happens!LSAT wrote:

Maybe a different pillow is in my future.
