I installed SleepyHead v0.9.3 and was able to import data. The graphs show a trace but none of the axis’s are labeled? Machine is Philips Respironics System One RemStar Pro with C-Flex+ (460P).
Computer is a bit old but a stable Windows PC running XP Pro Service Pack 3 with 2 Gig of Memory. Motherboard has built in video with 64MB of video RAM. I was going to try my newer laptop but thought I would ask before trying it on another computer. I tried tweaking the preferences but no luck. Any comments? Thanks.

Well I guess I posted this without first reading all the history. After reading it may be some time before my 460 machine is fully supported by SleepyHead. Best wishes for a speedy recovery to the developer. I did see that I could buy the Encore Software on line for $99. Is the Encore software acceptable? I don’t mind spending the $99 but any comments on the value of this tool would be greatly appreciated.

Version 0.9.3 does indeed work with your model 60 series machine...as it does with my 660 model. Only the 950/960 models are iffy.
Try your newer computer...
I will send you a Private message in just a bit ...with some information on software that will work with the 460 but you will have to install it on the newer computer. I don't think it will work on the old XP Pro...you can try but I have my doubts.

On the File > Preferences > Appearance Tab there are settings there are settings
for selecting fonts. I wonder if the default fonts are not installed in your older computer.

Well I got it to work. I was going to install on my newest laptop with W7, but thought I would try my 5 year old Dell laptop with XP Pro, SP3, 32 Bit, first……SleepyHead worked fine on this older laptop.
I then decided to go back to the old desktop, that did not work, and NOT use the resident video of 64 MB but install a separate Nvidia 128 MB FX5200 Video card I had laying around. This card was “state of the art” about 10 years ago but pretty anemic by today’s standards. Most basic laptops these days come with 512 MB to 1 GB of video RAM. Low and Behold the graphs all worked fine in SleepyHead. So for me it would appear you should have at least 128 MB of video RAM, running XP Pro, SP3, 32 Bit.
Sorry to “cry wolf” with such an old machine. Thanks for all the help.

Thanks for letting us know that you resolved the situation with more video RAM.
This may help someone in the future who happens to run across the same problem.

Now how do I get it running on the circa 1986 Mac Plus I have stored in my basement?
