Quattro Air Full Face Mask leak problems

Post by davebolin » Sun Jul 21, 2013 5:20 pm

I received a new Quattro Air Full Face mask last week from my DME. The connection where the elbow fits into the mask is not sealing and I'm having a problem with air escaping around the elbow and blowing into my eyes constantly. On the inside of the mask there is a small seal of sorts around that hole but it doesn't do the job. I was wondering if anyone else is having the same problem or if maybe it's just my mask?

Take it back to your DME and ask for another one after telling him your problem.

Ya, that's what I am going to do. I just wondered if I was the only one with the problem, if not I would exchange it for a different mask.
